By accessing and using our Name Service/Domain Service at https://fuelname.com (the “Service”), you (“user” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our Service.
2. Definitions
Service: Refers to the domain/name service provided by Fuel Name Service.
You: Refers to the user of the Service, regardless of their location.
We/Us: Refers to Fuel Name Service and its team.
3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and fully able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
The Service is not available to users in the following jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions:
The United States of America and its territories
North Korea
Iran
Syria
Cuba
Any other jurisdictions subject to sanctions or restrictions under international or applicable local law.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in or a citizen or resident of any prohibited jurisdiction.
4. Name Subscription
Name subscriptions can be purchased for a fee through either a direct purchase or, for a limited time, via an auction process. Subscription durations vary and require renewal upon expiration. You are responsible for renewing your name subscription when it expires.
Subscriptions cannot be terminated once initiated, and you will not be entitled to a refund for a subscription period under any circumstances. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Fuel Name Service retains the right to forbid the use of certain characters or names in connection with a name subscription.
Each name must be pointed to a specific wallet address for transactions. The NFT associated with a subscribed name must be claimed by the owner in order to point the subscribed name to a wallet address.
We may charge fees for our Services. Network transaction fees may also apply. All fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you win or lose an auction or fail to obtain a name subscription. For any transaction you initiate, the estimated fees will be shown to you. These fees are only estimates and may be inaccurate. Actual fees may exceed these amounts.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
Not exploit any vulnerabilities or bugs in the Service for personal or financial gain.
Ensure the confidentiality of your credentials and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
6. License and Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. Fuel Name Service retains all ownership and intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and branding.

The Service may integrate with third-party services, over which Fuel Name Service has no control. We disclaim any responsibility for third-party services or content and make no guarantees regarding their availability or security.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fuel Name Service makes no guarantees that the Service will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel Name Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers;
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, to the extent permitted by law, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any user who violates these Terms or engages in activities harmful to the Service or its users.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
Fuel Name Service reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
